Do you separate colors and fabrics?
Yes. We wash laundry by color and fabric type and wash everything with quality detergent to ensure proper care and cleanliness. However we do ask that you separate your loads prior to pick up
Can you wash comforters or large items?
Absolutely. We accept comforters, blankets, and other large items. Pricing varies by size and item type.
Will my laundry be mixed with other customers’ items?
No. Every order is handled separately to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and care.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear instructions and access, we can coordinate contactless pickup and delivery if preferred.
